1. Introduction Woman Up Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its subsidiaries wUP Tech and wUP Ventures (“Woman Up,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides a diverse suite of digital platforms and services intended to support, empower, and elevate women. These Services include our website (womanupco.com), the Woman Up mobile and web applications, our online marketplace, social networking features, multimedia channels, podcast programming, publications, community engagement tools, consulting and management offerings, investment opportunities, and additional technology-driven products (“Services”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information in connection with the Services. By accessing or using any Woman Up Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Services immediately.

2.1 Information You Provide We collect information you provide directly, including when you create an account, build a profile, upload content, make a purchase, submit an application, participate in events, communicate with us, or engage in consulting or investment programs. Such data may include your name, email address, phone number, social identifiers, professional data, demographic information, payment details (handled through secure processors), shipping information, marketplace listings, communications, multimedia submissions, survey responses, and interactions with customer support.
2.2 Marketplace Transaction Data Because Woman Up operates a marketplace model similar to leading platforms such as eBay and TikTok Shop, we collect detailed transaction data, including product or service listings, purchase confirmations, order history, pricing, buyer-seller interactions, shipping updates, dispute-related information, return records, reviews, ratings, and metadata associated with marketplace commerce. Sellers may be partners, affiliates, or independent creators. Buyers and sellers acknowledge that transaction information may be used to maintain marketplace integrity, resolve disputes, and inform product development or safety measures.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information We automatically collect information through cookies, device identifiers, tracking technologies, and log data. This includes IP address, device ID, browser type, session information, app usage patterns, feature engagement, referring URLs, error logs, geolocation approximations, advertising identifiers, and behavioral signals. 3.3 Advertising and Sponsorship Relevance We host advertisers and sponsors across our marketplace, app, podcast, publications, and events. While we do not sell personal information, we use aggregated, inferred, or pseudonymized data to help sponsors and advertisers understand audience segments and identify opportunities to reach relevant users, similar to practices used by LinkedIn, eBay, and TikTok Shop. Advertisers do not receive individually identifiable user information unless you explicitly consent.
3.4 Communications We may contact you with updates, service announcements, newsletters, promotional offers, marketplace opportunities, investment program communications, surveys, and educational content. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
3.5 Personalization and Platform Improvement We use data to personalize recommendations, tailor marketplace listings, refine user experience, test new features, conduct analytics, improve performance, create new products, and maintain a safe and equitable platform.

4. How We Share Information Woman Up shares information only in ways that align with this Policy.

4.2 Marketplace Participants Buyer-seller communications, marketplace identity verification, and fulfillment-related data may be shared between relevant parties as necessary for legitimate transaction purposes. For example, shipping addresses are shared with sellers or their fulfillment providers.
4.3 Advertisers and Sponsors We do not sell your personal data. Advertisers may receive aggregated or anonymized insights about behavior, preferences, categories, or demographic groupings to understand relevance, campaign performance, and opportunities. No advertiser or sponsor receives directly identifying information unless you opt in.
