Amy Liu is the Founder and CEO of Tower 28 Beauty, a Santa Monica-based clean beauty brand she launched in 2019 after more than 20 years working as a beauty executive at brands including Smashbox, Kate Somerville, and Josie Maran Cosmetics. A second-generation Chinese-American and mother of three, Liu drew on her lifelong struggle with eczema to build the first and only beauty brand fully compliant with the National Eczema Association's ingredient guidelines. She holds a BA from UC San Diego and an MBA from the University of Southern California, and was honored as a CEW Visionary Award honoree in May 2024.
