Ashley Waldman is the founder and CEO of Jubilee's, the better-for-you kids' flavored milk brand she created as a mom searching for a drink she could feel good giving her daughters. A University of Texas at Austin graduate and longtime product leader, she built a tech career with roles at companies including Google and YouTube before turning to entrepreneurship.
The idea for Jubilee's took shape while she was weaning her oldest daughter off breast milk and was alarmed by how much sugar is normalized in children's drinks, while also finding that existing low-sugar and plant-based options were ones kids simply wouldn't drink. Drawing on consumer research and partnering with a beverage formulation company, she developed a low-sugar milk with a strong functional benefit, flavored with hidden vegetables, and launched Jubilee's in 2025, focusing first on her local Austin market to build loyalty before expanding.
