Emily Cole Groden is the Founder & CEO of Evergreen, a Chicago-based clean frozen waffle brand she launched in 2020. A Yale undergraduate and Harvard Law School graduate, she previously served as General Counsel at The Alinea Group after cold-emailing the restaurant's founders. Groden built Evergreen from her home kitchen into a nationally distributed brand with over 8,000 retail doors, and was named to Crain's Chicago Business 40 Under 40 in 2024.
