Erica Bethe Levin

Founder & CEO

ABOUT Erica Bethe Levin

Erica Bethe Levin is the founder and CEO of Globowl, the baby and toddler food brand introducing children to culture and cuisine from their very first bites. A longtime food writer and marketer, she built a career in food and hospitality, including marketing work with culinary names like Daniel Boulud and Jean-Georges and a role at restaurant-tech company Reserve, before turning to entrepreneurship.

The idea for Globowl grew out of her experience as a mom: after her first child became a picky eater, she resolved to do things differently with her daughter, introducing bold flavors and a wide range of ingredients early on. Researching the "flavor window" in early childhood and finding no baby food that reflected diverse, globally inspired palates or thoughtful early allergen introduction, she created Globowl, developing recipes with award-winning chefs and growing it into a brand carried in hundreds of stores. A multi-time founder and Tory Burch Foundation Fellow, she has also competed on Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars.
